We are a literate roleplay that takes place far in the future. The world has accepted the idea of the empowered but others still have their ill opinions about them. They point at the empowered and their school to place the blame for the rogues and their monsters. Countries have fallen apart though not at the fault of the rogues but at their own accord while others have picked up their pieces. Become a student and learn about your powers or be a teacher to teach your knowledge. Keep the world safe for the younger empowered and the humans who can't defend themselves.

The weather was annoyingly pleasant, Nicole realized as her eyes was greeted by the harsh sunlight as she poked her head out the window, especially considering the pouring rain just the day before. Not saying that she actually prefers the rain - it wouldn't be good for business, after all, besides she hated getting wet - but it still didn't mean she was a fan of the sun. It was a good thing that summer was long gone, even if just for the year.
Any more of those beach party invitations and she just might need to hurt someone.
Nicole sighed, and pulled her head back into the room before starting to for the pot of sunflower she had been keeping in the shop since last spring. Just because she didn't enjoy the sun didn't mean she would strip the flowers from their share. Soon enough she found the midium-sized clay pot sitting quietly admist a wooden dinner table in the corner of the shop instead of wherever she had left it the last time. Knowing the shop owner, the older woman probably took liberty to relocated the plant to where she had seen fit. A petty thing to get irritated over for any other person, that she realized, but the thought of her decision being altered still brought a cold expression on her face
Call it a pet peeve or whatever you fancy, she did not take kindly to people touching her property without permission. Strangely enough - it would be strange to others at least - if the same thing happened to a human being she probably couldn't care less. Now her plants, they were a completely different story. She had watched them grow from mere seedlings, watering and caring for them every day. Watching them grow had somehow made her feel almost, for the lack of a better term, motherly.
That thought nearly brought out a laugh from the brunette, seeing that she barely had the luxury of receiving such treatments from her own parents, and the only person who had ever made her feel cared for had been six feet under for years now. But that was all history. She had found a new goal and that is what she needed to focus on right now.
With both hands occupied by the pot, Nicole had resorted to opening the door by pushing against it with her back. The chime hanging above the doorframe rang as it made contact with the door, signalling the lonely room her exit.
The sunflower plant was nearly half her height. Its large yellow flower successfully blocking most of her vision when she had it in her arms. It wasn't the wisest way to do things in hindsight. Just a few steps out of the door she had already bumped into somebody. Being the fragile young woman she was, Nicole stumbled back and landed on her bottom with a small yelp, her hands grasping tightly to the plant the entire time. Nicole scrowled inwardly as she noticed the distinct smudge of dirt on her shirt but quickly took up a surprised face as she spoke up.
"A-are you okay?" Nicole sat down the clay pot on the side before picking herself up from the ground, "I'm so sorry about that! I couldn't see where i was going and-" She bit on her bottom lip in panic and looked at the other person worrily. "You're not hurt are you?"

Her parents had nagged her to get out of the house and go buy vanilla. She doubted that was even the point of them asking her to leave, they figured she was spending too much time on the computer or something. Of course, Alda could never turn down her parents ever, even when they asked something so ridiculous of her, considering that they already had several other bottles of it back at the shop. Whatever. Maybe going outside might actually be good for her? ”Bullshit.” She muttered to herself. ”The sun is bloody fucking evil, and likes to give people cancer. How could anyone ever think something like that,” she pointed up at the sun, ”could ever be good for anyone?”
She probably looked strange, well stranger than usual, but Alda couldn’t care. She had tattoos for the pure fact that she didn’t want to fit in ever. She sighed. She turned around, and headed in the direction of the market. She really hated the huge amount of people that liked to flock to the shopping district, especially on days that were routinely off from school. She played with her mother’s credit card in her pocket, contemplating if she should get herself something a little extra - for all her trouble going out to buy this stupid bottle of cooking vanilla. She shook her head; it wouldn’t be write of her to do such a thing.
She was right next to the supermarket, she was just about to turn-
BAM!
Alda was pushed onto her butt by some girl holding a sunflower. ”Watch where the fuck you’re going.” She spat, clearly angry. She placed her hands on the nearby crossing sign and pulled herself up. She instantly felt bad when the girl expressed so much worry. ”Listen, dude, I’m fine.” Alda had started to calm down. ”Are you okay?” She pointed towards the sunflower. ”And is that thing okay?” Alda looked over the person who had bumped into her from head to toe. She really hated being short, she couldn’t believe she had to look up at some woman who had bumped into her.”Damn you’re tall, or, I’m just bloody short.”
”Anyway;” Alda placed her hands in her pockets, she wasn’t really the type to shake hands. ”I’m Alda Rossi, pleasure to meet you in such an odd fashion.” She quickly took her phone out of her pocket, making sure the thing wasn’t scratched, and placed it back. ”Don’t look so worried, this kind of stuff happens all the time. I mean, if being accidently pushed was a big deal for me, I’d be throwing a temper tantrum every few hours at home.”[/style][STYLE= font-family: franklin gothic medium; font-size: 10px; text-align: center; color: #373737;]MADE BY CYANIDE CANDY ✖[/style]
Today had been one of those days that she decided to wear a lolita style dress. It hadn't been all too cold or hot out so she thought it might be a wise choice. To be honest it was just what she wanted to wear that day. There was really nothing more too it. She liked lolita styled clothing so she couldn't really help herself. She felt as though it was something more suited to wearing during the breaks at the school when she wasn't wearing the uniform.
Alexia sometimes felt like she was the only student that actually wore the school uniform. She rarely saw any other student sticking to it and it made her feel kind of awkward. She stuck to it mainly because she thought it was cute and seemed to match her style. The way she was raised made her a stickler for rules or following one that might have been enforced at one point in time. It was something that she didn't like about herself.
She had been out on a casual stroll since her studious habits had forced her to finish her homework already. She really needed to break that habit so she could feel less conditioned. It wasn't going to happen anytime soon though. She found that it was actually a rather difficult habit to break. She sighed at this thought but didn't stop walking. She didn't really have a destination but that didn't bother her too much.
Alexia was nearing the supermarket and started thinking about buying something. Perhaps a snack for later after she ate supper in the cafeteria. She wasn't sure what she wanted as she walked into the school and started to browse around. Maybe she shouldn't even get something or maybe she should get something healthy. She liked to keep herself well taken care of so maybe some celery would be fine. She ended up deciding on a bag of barbecue chips and paid for it.
It was as she left the super market that she noticed the collusion of two girls. She was just an innocent bystander who witnessed it but that didn't mean anything to her. No, she saw it happen and rushed over to the two. She couldn't just walk away without asking if the two were okay even if they were already starting with it. Her personality wouldn't allow her not to ask if the two were okay and so there she was standing before them.
”Are you two alright?" Alexia asked with a German accent clinging ever so slightly to her words and a look of concern planted on her face.
((OOC: So I think this is the lamest post I've ever done. And heres her outfit~))[/style]
The girl she had bumped into sported a rather... unusual appearance. The dark markings, which Nicole suspected were tattoos or something equally permanent, were the first thing she noticed. It was hard to when they were displayed so bluntly on her face, actually. The gears in her head already turning to work with the little information she had on the strange, blue haired girl. Some sort of declaration, she could only suppose, of individuality, refusing to be just another face in the crowd. Completely pointless if you ask her. How stupid were people to think one can prove themselves to be unique just with an attitude and a outrageous look. Isn't this getting kind of old?
The girl did seem to feel a little guilty for the harsh comment earlier. Sympathy, how amusing. "Well... if you say so." Nicole brushed aside the thought of offering her a hand, seeing that the stranger seemed to bounce back quite quickly, but the concern still remained in her eyes. They darted briefly to the pink haired girl that noticed their little mishap and approached. "Oh I'm perfectly fine." she leaned down and picked up a fallen canary petal, sighing in relief after quickly examining the plant. There stem was a bit crooked, and petals messed, but the plant seemed otherwise unharmed. "Penny seems to be doing okay, too." Nicole smiled lightly before turning back to the girls to explain, "um, Penny is the sunflower's name."
The comment on her height brought out a chuckle from Nicole. "I'm sure you still have room to grow." The girl couldn't possibly be older than her judging from her looks, but Nicole understood better than anyone that look can be deceiving. The rogue herself was a perfect example. "My name is Nicole Hales, and, I'm terribly sorry about that by the way."
She brought a hand up by her cheek, looking thoughtful for a second before speaking up again. "Can I offer you some tea as an apology? If you're not in a rush of course." Then Nicole tilted her head to the other girl, "would you like some tea, too?"
Nicole offered, not really expecting them to take her up on it and that was actually the answer she prefers. Her time would be better spent elsewhere rather than entertaining these...children. She thought with an inward scoff, despite being a similar age as the pair of strange girls.
