His skin is lightly tanned, with noticeable scars all over his back, the differ from thin to rather large some even reaching down to his buttocks and thighs and a few light ones on the back of his arms. When one asks about them, he seems confused on what they mean as he doesn't know how they got there in the first place let alone so many. His hair is orange in color and spiky, short, but long enough that his bangs just fall over his eyes, which are a nice brown color. Clothing is simple for him, he'll wear anything that he likes or has in his closet, his usual one being a simple white shirt with a zip up hoodie and jeans, he does have some formal clothing that he wears to special occasion, but other then that, he prefers more casual clothing in usually any color, just because his power it rather dark doesn't mean that he has to be. He has multiple shoes, simple runners for school, nice dress shoes for formal wears, black combat boots, some winter boots and a knee high brown boots. PERSONALITY Well to start it off, Gabriel has a temper, its easy to get this boy angry because most things that people do just rub him the wrong way, though he's gotten use to ignoring most of them by now. Gabriel really isn't withdrawn as he just prefers to have some alone time, he likes to study in his room by himself, he can get through his work faster that way, but he isn't against hanging out with his friends if they ask him and respect that he is a hard working student. Coming from a rather poor family, Gabriel is uncomfortable with simply things, so he tries to get good grades in exchange, he also has gotten a part time job for some money so his parents don't have to send them what little that they have for them, but most of his money goes to Sorcha, his twin sister, as her being happy is his number one concern. He is very protective of her, after all she is his other half, a much brighter and gentle half in contrast to him and he loves her greatly. Gabriel is also rather violent, he doesn't hesitate to throw a punch if some asshole starts something, and it doesn't help with his sarcastic or smart-ass remarks to them in turn. But that isn't to say Gabriel isn't polite, he is to those that EARN it, if one assumes he'll respect thing automatically they have another thing coming. Growing up in a rather poor neighborhood he has street smarts but also a rather pessimistic view on things, but he is also incredibly loyal and protective to those that he considers his friends even though he can be on the blunt side of things. And despite how he acts he is really a kind person, though he gets flustered easily which makes his Scottish accent even more apparent, the same could be said when he's really angry and most can tell. When he's just in his regular annoyed anger he still speaks with a barely there accent but if its one of his pissed off anger then his accent comes through and he even throws in some Scottish swears. EXTRAS Gabriel is a 'Sleeper agent'. Rogues abducted him when he was fifteen and basically have it where he is a spy but isn't aware that he is one. He goes into a trance-like state when he hears a certain kind of frequency as from the seed planted in his mind. They have done this numerous of times over his cellphone for him to get certain kind of information about the school. When out of this trance Gabriel can't remember a single thing he did. Power Weaknesses: - Extremely bright light - Can only use shadows that are provided - Only has a reach of three feet Power: Gabriel's power is Shadow Manipulation. He can manipulate his own or any shadows in a span of three feet around him. He can have the shadow raise up and solidify and make it various of shapes, one of his common ones being a large spike, but he can make them into other things, hands is another common one that he uses as it usually frightens people. He can also use his shadows to create an armor, though for now he can only form it over his right hand and wrist. Its black and clings to his form, with a surprising white 'X' spread over the back of his hand and wrapped around his wrist, Gabriel compares it to wearing chain mail, he could catch a sword with that hand, however while he wouldn't be cut he'd feel all of the force that was behind the swing. There was talk on using shadows to transport to one area to another however Gabriel does not have that ability currently. Extremely bright lights will temporarily stun him and disrupt if not destroy the incoming attack or defense on top of that Gabriel can only use shadows that are made, he cannot make a random shadow in the middle of the floor, something must be casting a shadow for him to use it, and it must be within his range of three feet, which can make it excellent for sneak attacks. HISTORY Gabriel was born with his twin sister to a lovely couple who were eagerly awaiting their arrival. Gabriel and Sorcha is twin sister, were treated rather well, their family was rather poor, so most things were hammy downs or from organizations that helped people struggling with basic needs. Gabriel didn't mind that he was poor, he spent most of his time playing outside with his sister in their neighborhood. Though he was the more fiery of the two and often led to conflicts with other children, his sister never left his side and he much preferred it. Sorcha was his other half, his opposite, the only who would patch him up when he had scraps, the one that smiled, the one that giggled and loved singing. They were rather young when their powers manifested, around ten years old and it was at school. Being known as the more violent twin Gabriel wasn't surprised that he was outcasted or afraid of even among the adults, he was shocked however when his sister received the same treatment. Multiple times it felt like it was just them against the world, the only thing keeping him sane was his sister's hand that clinged to his as a lifeline. Sorcha was truthfully the only thing that was keeping him sane for the next four years, when they received a letter from a well known academy in Italy. There was much debate over this, like if it was real or a cruel joke. Sorcha was truthfully excited about it asked multiple times if they could go and each time their parents hesitated. It took three hours before they relented and both him and his sister were sent off to Italy, to the Alinari academy to master their talents. It was amazing to say the least, and very different from Scotland, but it was no less beautiful or breathtaking. Sorcha especially loved it, the first time that they arrived in Sicuro, she danced out onto the streets before spotting someone who was playing an instrument for money and joined him with her singing. All Gabriel did was stand back and smile in amusement at her actions and the crowd she had gathered with her voice. Arriving at the school, both of them were shocked at how fancy it looked, this was definitely a school they could never afford to go to if not the help from the headmaster. For the next year they got settled into their new environment, Sorcha naturally being more popular amongst the students then he was and he didn't mind, he had his own small circle of friends that he hung out with in between classes so it wasn't so bad. But it wasn't meant to last this clarity, walking through the city on a weekend he was trying to find a job when he was abducted. They came up from behind him, slapping a hand over his mouth and nose, and since it was so sudden, Gabriel was surprised and didn't react quickly enough so he was easily knocked out and moved. When he awoke he was chained by his wrists, to a wall and he was feeling exhausted and weak. His kidnappers met him a few hours later, they asked him questions about the school his thoughts on humans which Gabriel retorted with a glob a spit to their face. To simply put it, Gabriel did not cooperate for them, he was beaten for it and later whipped, but he refused to let them see him break. However with standing a week of physical and mental abuse was starting to wear him down and that was exactly what they wanted. A man walked up to him as he laid against the rough wall, before cupping chin and raising his drooping head. He locked with a pair of bright blue eyes before darkness. When he awoke he was in the medical wing of the academy with Sorcha sitting beside him sleeping clutching his hand. The headmaster asked him questions as he was missing for a good week and a half before he was found outside the school with these sloppily bandages on him and rushed to the medical wing. Gabriel just looked at him in confusion and said 'I was missing?' Gabriel had no recollection of what had happened prior to his kidnapping, the doctor said it might be to all the stress he was placed under that his mind just blocked it out. But really it was not even close to that. Basically a seed was planted into his mind, a form of brainwashing, when he hears a certain frequency this activates and he follows through with pre-existing orders or the voice of the one that did this in the first place. He doesn't remember anything that happens when he's out of the trance regardless of the actions he may have done. Over the next few years he gets these calls on his cell phone, upon answering the frequency is played and his trance begins. Most times its been in the school, mostly as recon, sometimes it has him leaving the school grounds and into the city. The Rogue's have a plan with their little mole, and Gabriel is none the wiser that he IS.
