In general, Leslee is able to manipulate the gravitational field within radius proximity from him; this means the ability to make items of any type of weight levitate (less gravity) and also has potential to make the gravitational field heavier, thus constricting and sometimes even crushing whatever is within range. One could see the potential benefits of this power except for the fact that Leslee has no clue how to use it; despite long attempts to activate and wield it, he is only able to manipulate the power within two foot radius of himself and even then, it's not such power that can crush human bones (the most he can do is deflate a basketball) or lift a person above four feet in the air. However, when Leslee's emotions run high, the power seems to take a mind of it's own; the higher the emotion, the more power (though, of course, there is very inherent limits on this too; he is not able to release gravity so much that a person simply floats away nor enough that a person is crushed to death instantly) and the longer the distance range. Generally, happy emotions are associated with less gravity while destructive, negative emotions are associated with heavier gravity.
