Picture Akihiro is a rather tall boy for his age standing at 6' and he weighs about 158 lbs. He appears to have a pretty thin build but he in fact has a muscular build. He has relatively long black hair that reaches to the back of his neck and falls on his face getting in his way quite often. He’ll usually pin it to the top of his head or slid it back with a headband if it gets really annoying but he’d never think about cutting it. He has blue eyes that could rival the pure blue of the ocean. He has two rather noticeable features about him his slightly pointed ears and then his rather more noticed canines; quite the chompers on him. He also has a rather long fur-tufted tail. He tends to get into scuffles since he gets mad easily so he will have cuts on his face or bandages.
Akihiro tends to wear dark slightly loose fit jeans or black dress pants that he wears with studded or white belt and a chain hanging off the right side. As for shirts he’ll usually wear slightly loose t-shirts of various colors under one of his numerous color hoodies either by itself or under a white jacket that has numerous zippers as well as a belt at the bottom of it and a pair of black fingerless gloves or a white button up shirt and a striped tie loosely occasionally under a black jacket. If it’s too hot outside then he’ll wear black or khaki cargo shorts with a various colored t-shirt or a tank top. He'll usually wear converses or just a regular pair of dark tennis shoes.

PERSONALITY
Akihiro could be described as the complete opposite of a serious person but that doesn’t mean he can’t be. He just has a problem being such sometimes. It’s understandable because he is still a teenager. It’s an understatement to say that he likes to have fun as he actually loves it. He isn’t all that much of a fan of sitting still in one place as he is pretty hyper. Even though he is hyper he can have calm moments especially if he hasn’t had any sugar. He has found only one thing worth sitting still for and that is the subject of writing. He absolutely loves it and jumps at any chance to learn more about ways to improve. He is an optimistic boy who always seems to have a smile on his face especially when doing what he likes. He can be a rather shy person too as he does get pretty nervous around girls. He doesn’t get like this all the time but it has happened on more than one occasion. He’ll get really embarrassed if he is hugged or smothered by a girl. He’ll also get pretty embarrassed if someone praises him for his work or writings in general. He does seem to get pretty easily angered though. It may be easy to please him but it’s also quite easy to make him mad. Like if he is interrupted while writing or if his friends are being harmed or threatened. He is pretty protected over them especially when it comes to friends and then you better watch out for his flames. He is a pretty bright kid and talented kid especially when he can write things fairly easily and notice grammar mistakes rather quickly. He may act like an idiot but that’s only hiding his natural smarts. Lastly he’s only ever the slightest serious when he is fighting because he knows it’s no time to be messing around. It’s easier to focus on the enemy when you’re not bouncing around like a hyper idiot.

His control of the ice is not something to brag about though because he doesn't have that much of it. He can only freeze little things with his blue flames such as little amounts of water like ice cube trays or a puddle. He can also only at the moment make tiny things out of ice like stakes. His blue flames also seem to appear when he is mad about something usually on the top of his head and around his hands.

HISTORY
Akihiro Nakamura was born in the United States in the state of Florida. His parents were originally from Japan but moved to the US before he was born. He was born into an pretty average family with a father who worked and a mother who stayed home to take care of him. His father went to work almost every day of the week and worked pretty long hours to keep the family on its feet. His mother took care of things at home and as well as took care of him.
Even though his family was poor he never minded it one bit plus he was only a child at the time. He was just happy having a both his parents and a nice place to live. He started attending school when he was old enough and started helping his mother with the daily chores. He gained several friends at school and his own fair share of enemies as well. He had always had his short temper even when he was younger and school was the perfect place to get pissed off in.
Akihiro got a pretty big surprise though when he was mid way through high school career his mother died. She apparently had had a rare disease and since they didn't have that much of spare money she just didn't tell him or his father about it. It was a complete shock to him and he shut down for a week or so. His father's reaction was on a different level though as he started drinking a lot and forgetting to go to work. Food and other necessities started to grow less and less inside the house and his father even ended up loosing his job at one point.
His father seemed to try his hardest to keep a job from this point on but his drinking now got in the way. Akihiro didn't exactly know what to do and his friends started to let him stay over more constantly because his home wasn't a good environment. He couldn't leave his father to wallow in his own drunk and depressed stupor though and tried his best to find a job to help bring money into the household. He quickly found an add in the paper for helping some people with experiments and the pay was pretty good. He thought that letting someone use him as a guinea pig for that amount of money couldn't be all that bad and so he decided to take that one.
Akihiro really hadn't been expecting to gain a tail and blue flames from this though. The serum had only been meant to be a cure for the common cold but it had some apparent side effects. He called the scientists behind this and told them what had happened but he still got his money and then some. It was weird though as he tested out the flames he learned that they could freeze things. He really didn't know what to do about this so he did research on a friends computer.
That was how he came to learn of the school geared towards empowered people. He told his father that he was soon going to head off to a school in Italy so he could learn how to control the powers he had gotten by mistake. His father seemed to be upset by this but it was always pretty hard to tell because he was always upset looking since his mother died. He packed his bags of the clothes that he had as well as most of his things and grabbed a picture of his mom to take with him. He said his goodbyes and set off to Alinari Academy to learn more about his powers.
