Alda has a slender body type; no matter what she eats she never seems to gain much weight. Alda has practically no boobs. Alda has long blue hair, normally kept in pigtails. Her hair reaches her midback. Alda is ghostly pale, and she literal hates the sunlight. She'd rather spend long hours gaming than basking in the sunlight. Though, no one tends to notice the oddity of her hair color because they tend to focus on the strangeness of the teenager's face. Unlike many her age, she has already gotten her first set of tattoos. She has a total ten. She received her first set of tattoos with her mother's permission at age fifteen, which were the six fairly large dots underneath her eyes. At age sixteen she had the bridge of her nose tattooed. For her seventeenth birthday, she ended up getting a stitched up looking pattern going around her midsection. Alda suffers from fairly poor vision thus she wears contacts. The contacts are blue with yellow irises. She's never seen without a pair of gloves or brace knuckles. She's never been the type to the wear a uniform, she prefers sticking out rather than blending in. Alda is into band t-shirts, and jeans. Though, she would rather be caught dead than wear a devilish device like a skirt. Occasionally, with some good convincing; she'll raid her closet for more revealing clothes, but occasions like that are rare. No one would ever know either, seeing as Alda would probably never leave her room like that. In colder weather, she's bundled up in jackets and long pants. Power Weaknesses: - cannot conjure water - has issues controlling diluted water (salt water, blood, melted whip cream, etc) - relies heavily on emotions to control her power, thus she can not use it to it's full abilities. Power: Hydrokinesis - Or rather known as the telepathically way to control water. Alda has great potential with her powers, but she's not that great at using them. She can control water, but she can't do it constantly unless she's underneath the waves. She relies on emotions to control her power on land, such as anger or joy. Her powers are rather uncontrollable. She cannot conjure water or play with peoples' bodies. She has the power to purify water if she really puts her mind to it, but rarely does unless it's desperately needed. Though, she does have issues controlling liquids that are less than eighty percent water. Alda can also freeze or boil water. This is rather easily to her opposed to actually moving it. Along with being able to control water, Alda has the power to breathe underwater. Her longs work more like gills when she's underneath the water, she can take in the oxygen levels in the water and use that to breathe. HISTORY They say sugar, spice, and everything nice are the main ingredients to a darling girl. They're wrong. Alda was born to a Greek mother and an Italian father, in Chalcis, Greece. Alda was born into a family where monster trucks, playing in the mud, and Ninja Turtles ran supreme. She basically grew up in a home of all boys. Alda is the youngest of her siblings, even though she has a twin brother whom beat her out of the whom by several minutes. Her parents believed in a strict "be who you are," policy. They never forced Alda to do anything that she didn't desire to do; they never forced her to wear skirts or play with the neighborhood girls. Her life was one many tomboys would envy. Though everything wasn't particularly butterflies and rainbows for the Rossi family. She was never ale to have a relationship with her mother's family, as they were well, Empoweredphobic so to speak. When she was very small, she remembers packing up bags with her brothers and they left their apartment with their parents. Later did Alda find what that they were kicked out because her family could not pay the rent. They walked on foot to the closet relatives, which were her mother's grandparents. The children were told to wait, but Alda oldest brother followed behind their parents. Alda didn't really know what happened at the time, but her grandparents' home was burned down. She supposed that her older brother had a hand in such a doing. Her grandparents escaped with their lives, and that was the end of the Rossi family in Greece. Her grandparents slandered every single one of the children, and her father all across the local news paper. Her family was chased out of Chalcis, with threats of death if they were to ever return. Her parents spent their last bits of money for passports and plane tickets for their children to live with her father's family. They promised they would see their children soon; when they had enough money for all of the Rossi family to be prosperous. They were sent to live with her father's parents. Being one of seven children was difficult. She received rather unwanted attention from her grandmother, who never had a daughter of her own. Oh joy, Alda was some sort of experiment. The perfect little girl that her grandmother had always dreamed of. It was safe to say, when the boys went fishing with nonno, Alda was dragged with nonna to girly frilly stores and forced to try on all these clothes that she couldn't stand. Alda endured the girly stuff for a good two years, it finally ended when her parents finally came to Italy. Her mother and father bought a shop, and they eventually turned it into an icecream parlor, and that's how Alda learned how to freeze and heat things so easily. She was put to the task of making icecubes. Her whole family lived upstairs, nine people. It was snug, and there were always battles for the bathroom but Alda was happy. Though, some things don't really last very long. When Alda was thirteen, fights started to really break out between her and other people. Some people are real idiots. Well, a lot of these fights started from people picking on her twin and youngest brother. That was a big fat bloody no-no in Alda's book. She would have shot those bullies if she could. After all the crap her family had to endure; it was terrible. After a few fights, she'd begin beating up the same kids even long after they had apologized. All scum had to be dealt with in a certain manner, a manner that would make them examples. It was safe to say that the neighborhood kids became far to afraid to really mess with anyone with the last name Rossi. When Alda was fourteen she figured something was wrong with her, with the way that she acted, the way she thought. Though she was, and still is, terrified to see a doctor about it. She quickly went into denial that anything was wrong with her. She still hasn't seen a doctor about any of it. So, she suffers from untreated mood swings.
